Using a system supplied by leading remote support supplier GotoAssist we are able to take remote control of your PC as long as you are connected to a broadband internet connection.
Our system leaves no software on your PC and once disconnected we cannot reconnect, unless you request us to.
Remote support is a link to Logmein Rescue and will allow the Via IT operator to remotely access the remote computer. While doing this and after the remote user agrees the operator may be able to view the contents of the remote screen. This is used to remotely diagnose the issue being reported. Once disconnected the operator cannot reconnect unless the remote user request it via this website.
