We aim to supply our services on both a contractual and ad-hoc basis, although to allow us to support you more effectively we strongly recommend our contracted IT support service.
Contracted IT Support
Within this agreement, we will support your business on a pre-agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement), by phone, remote access or by site visit. We offer telephone support from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but are happy to accommodate requests for out of hours support where possible. With a Broadband connection to also allow us to access your site remotely, we can both monitor your systems, and to fix problems with out the need to visit your site.
Our first action would be to arrange for an IT Audit, to allow us to understand both your requirements and how your current systems are configured. Once this has been complete we will use it to make recommendation in the following areas:
Out of contract IT Support
We are also happy to undertake work in any of the areas above. These works are simply under taken on an hourly rate. An agreed estimate of time needed to complete the work will be agreed before starting.
Hardware and software recommendation and supply
We have many years of experience in specification and purchasing of IT equipment. We are happy to source and supply equipment if required.
