Remote Support

We are happy to offer a remote assistance facility to our customers.

 

This allows us to securely connect to your computer as long as it is connected to the internet and the speed of your connection is fast enough.

 

Our system leaves no software on your PC and once disconnected we cannot reconnect, unless you request us to.

 

 

 

To use this system YOU MUST HAVE A SUPPORT AGREEMENT with Via IT Services. Requests by anyone else will not be answered. If you wish to arrange for support please use the contact page.

Remote support is a link to GotoAssist and will allow the Via IT operator to remotely access the remote computer. While doing this and after the remote user agrees  the operator may be able to view the contents of the remote screen. This is used to remotely diagnose the issue being reported. Once disconneted the operator cannot reconnect unless the remote user request it via this website.
